According to the online payment policy, hotel room rates do not include transaction fees of banks. Therefore, please note that when paying online, transaction fees will automatically add up to the total payment to guarantee your reservation.

• If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is charged 2.8% of total transaction amount + VND5,500 (*).
• If you pay by Visa, Master, JCB ..., the transaction fee is 1.1% of total transaction amount + VND 1,760 (*).

(*) The transaction fee is automatically included in the total payment for each transaction.
